Vic Slam Team Brings the Verse

So all summer long the Victoria Slam Team: Dave Morris, Skawt Chonzz, Matthew Christopher Davidson and Me (Missie Peters) have been rocking the mic for various causes like anarchism, the Pacific, Solstice Cafe and among others.

And now we want to bring it home- we can't wait to perform for you- our Tongues of Fire family. And it's our last opportunity to just have some fun before this sh*t get serious and we compete in the Canadian Festival of Spoken Word November 10-14.

I've really enjoyed being part the team this year, especially because we've practiced together so much, traveled to Vancouver to compete and generally had fun challenging each other.
